Qualifications
Proven experience as a chef de partie or in a similar culinary role within a high volume kitchen.
Culinary school diploma or equivalent professional certification.
Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, kitchen equipment, and procedures.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capability to work efficiently under pressure.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to supervise and train junior staff effectively.
In-depth understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
A passion for the culinary arts, with a commitment to continuous professional development and improvement.
