Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, reservations, or hospitality industry (villa/hotel).
• Proven experience in developing sales strategies and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in OTA platforms, channel manager, and CRM tools.
• Data-driven with excellent analytical skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage and expand relationships with OTAs, partners, travel agents, and key accounts.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
• Oversee pricing strategy, inventory, and distribution.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team.
• Report performance and provide insights for business growth.
