Avana Bamboo Villas is looking for a passionate and experienced Chef to join our growing team.
We are a boutique eco-luxury villa resort in Klungkung, Bali, focused on creating memorable experiences for couples and honeymooners. We are looking for a hands-on chef who loves creativity, quality, and guest experiences.
Requirements
- Preferably based in Klungkung, Sidemen, Gianyar, Karangasem, or surrounding areas.
- Previous experience as Head Chef / Sous Chef / Senior Chef.
- Strong knowledge of Western, Indonesian, breakfast and healthy menu items.
- Able to manage kitchen operations, inventory, and staff.
- Passion for food presentation and guest satisfaction.
- Good communication and team leadership skills.
- English is a plus.
What you’ll do
- Lead day-to-day kitchen operations.
- Maintain food quality and consistency.
- Develop and improve menu items.
- Manage stock and kitchen organization.
- Create memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Salary
- Depending on experience 6.5-8.5 million IDR + service charge + monthly bonus + BPJS
