Waitress

Requirements

• Experience as Waitress or similar hospitality role.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant service standards and guest handling.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Well-groomed, professional, and service-oriented attitude.
• Fluent in English.
• Must be based in Bali and available to join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard sequence of service: Welcoming and escorting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, collecting guest feedback, processing payments, clearing and resetting tables.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Clean and maintain dining areas to ensure the restaurant is always organized and presentable at all time.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and special requirements professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth operations.
• Support opening and closing procedures, cashiering, and daily reporting.
