The role

• As a Night Receptionist / Night Auditor, you will play an essential role in maintaining smooth overnight operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and handling key administrative tasks. Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of experience in a hospitality or administrative role, preferably within the luxury hotel industry.

• Proficiency in basic accounting or hotel management systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with late-night check-ins, inquiries, or requests to ensure a flawless experience.
• Perform nightly audits to reconcile accounts, process invoices, and prepare end-of-day financial reports.
• Ensure accurate updates to reservations and guest records.
• Maintain property security by conducting regular checks and addressing any safety concerns.
