Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hotel reservations, sales administration, or front office operations.
Familiarity with Property Management Systems and Microsoft Office skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Strong customer service mindset with a professional and friendly attitude.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Able to handle guest inquiries, booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests efficiently.
