Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a pastry chef or baker.
- Experienced in artisan bread production, especially sourdough, focaccia, breadsticks, and crackers.
- Strong understanding of fermentation, dough handling, and baking processes.
- Able to maintain product consistency and quality standards.
- Good teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
- Passionate about bakery and pastry production.
