- Manage front office and guest services
- Oversee check-in / check-out process
- Handle guest requests and complaints
- Ensure smooth communication between departments
- Maintain high service standards
Requirements
- Experience in hotels or resorts
- Strong guest service mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English
- Leadership skills
