Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience as head chef or senior sous chef.
  • Strong experience in modern/fusion / healthy cuisine.
  • Excellent knowledge of food costing & kitchen operations.
  • Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.
  • High standards in food quality & presentation.
  • Fluent in english.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage menu (modern/fusion / healthy concept).
  • Ensure high-quality food & presentation standards.
  • Manage kitchen operations, sops & stock control.
  • Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
  • Handle inventory, food costing, and waste management.
  • Follow haccp safety and hygiene standards.
  • Manage daily reporting and ordering (ms. word/excel).
  • Lead menu development and innovation .
