Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field.
- At least 1 year experience as a Front Office Agent or Guest Service Agent in a hotel.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong knowledge of Front Office Operations, including check-in / check-out procedures.
- Familiar with hotel system (PMS).
- Willing to work shifts, including weekend and public holidays.
- Able to handle guest complaints and provide effective solutions promptly.
- Placement in Ubud, Bali.
