Commercial manager

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in a commercial, revenue, or sales role within luxury hospitality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Bahasa Indonesia highly desirable.

Roles & responsibility

• Expand and deepen partnerships with travel agents serving the Indonesian market.
• Negotiate contracts and preferred rate agreements with agent partners.
• Monitor OTA listing accuracy, content quality, and promotional.
• Coordinate with the OTA team on content updates, imagery, and description accuracy.
• Flag channel issues, duplicate listings, and pricing discrepancies for resolution.
• Implement rate strategies, seasonal pricing, and promotional offers as directed by the Revenue team.
• Provide local market feedback, competitor intelligence, and demand signals to inform revenue decisions.
