Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law, HR policies, and hospitality operational standards.
- Proven ability to manage HR operations for multiple departments in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English Able to join immediately
