Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position or Supervisor level in Hotel/Villa.
- Able to speak English well (oral and written).
- Understand hotel/villa operations and standard operating procedures.
- Have the skills to solve problems and take preventive measures.
- Good communication skills and can work in a team.
- Able to lead, manage, and motivate teams.
- Adaptable, enjoy challenges and high initiative person.
