Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance is a plus.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality or resort industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or similar).
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
