Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a similar role (cost control, F&B analyst, inventory/purchasing) within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, portion control, and stock management.
  • Skilled in excel/google sheets and inventory software.
  • Strong communication skills in english and ability to coordinate with kitchen/bar/admin teams.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented & proactive.

Key responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain COGS for both kitchen and bar operations.
  • Conduct regular menu costings and recommend price adjustments based on updated supplier pricing.
  • Monitor daily usage and stock levels to identify variances or inefficiencies.
  • Work closely with head chef and bar manager to ensure portion control and
    minimize waste.
  • Analyze inventory and usage reports, provide feedback to management on a weekly basis.
  • Maintain and update product pricing in collaboration with management and
    accounting.
