Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in e-commerce, OTA, online travel, or hospitality industry.
  • Familiar with OTAs (Agoda, Booking.com, Traveloka, Trip.com, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of channel manager (Channex) and PMS (GuestPro) is a plus.
  • Able to update rates, availability, and promotions.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
  • Able to work in a team.

Luxury Villa Bali is looking for an E-commerce Executive to join our commercial team in Bali.

You will help improve online distribution, optimize property listings, monitor performance, and identify opportunities to increase bookings and revenue.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing and optimizing listings across online travel platforms.
  • Monitoring pricing, availability, and promotions.
  • Analyzing booking trends and competitor performance.
  • Preparing clear reports and commercial insights.
  • Working closely with reservations and other internal teams.
  • Supporting new distribution channels and commercial projects.

We’re looking for someone who

  • Has excellent attention to detail.
