Responsibilities include overseeing food preparation, supervising kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation, and managing inventory and ordering supplies. The Sous Chef also helps with menu planning, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and stepping in to lead the kitchen in the Executive Chef's absence.
