- Background in guest relations, hospitality, or customer service.
- Sales-oriented mindset with ability in soft selling/upselling.
- Hands-on experience in social media management (instagram, linkedIn, tiktok, facebook).
- Creative eye for content creation (photography/video skills are a plus).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with follow-up.
- Fluency in english is required and chinese Language is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven
decisions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team.
- Proficiency in microsoft office suite (excel, word, powerpoint) and experience with RMS/PMS software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
