They handle budgeting, inventory control of cleaning supplies and linens, and implement housekeeping policies and procedures. The Executive Housekeeper also conducts regular inspections, addresses guest complaints related to housekeeping, and coordinates with other departments to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications

  • Experience: minimum of 3 years in a housekeeping supervisory role within hospitality.
  • Skills: strong leadership, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Education: diploma or degree in hospitality management preferred.
  • Knowledge: familiarity with cleaning procedures, health and safety regulations, and hotel operations.
  • Have a good knowledge of hotel landscape.
  • Fluent in english; communicates professionally with guests and team members.
  • Flexible to work in shifts, including nights and weekends; friendly, detail-oriented, and professional.
