Qualifications
- Experience: minimum of 3 years in a housekeeping supervisory role within hospitality.
- Skills: strong leadership, organization, and attention to detail.
- Education: diploma or degree in hospitality management preferred.
- Knowledge: familiarity with cleaning procedures, health and safety regulations, and hotel operations.
- Have a good knowledge of hotel landscape.
- Fluent in english; communicates professionally with guests and team members.
- Flexible to work in shifts, including nights and weekends; friendly, detail-oriented, and professional.
