A Sommelier is a wine expert responsible for managing a restaurant's wine selection and providing wine service to guests. Duties include curating the wine list, recommending wine pairings, conducting tastings, and educating staff and customers about wine. They also oversee wine storage, inventory, and purchasing. This role requires extensive knowledge of wine, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to enhance the dining experience through expert wine recommendations.

What makes you a great fit

  • Experience with multiple venues.
  • Capable to maintain all wine service meets the establishment's high standards, providing guests with expert recommendations and an exceptional wine experience.

What you'll do

  • Assist in managing the wine program, ensuring excellent guest service, proper wine storage, and supporting the Sommelier in daily operations.
  • Support the Sommelier in organizing wine events, tastings, and guest experiences.
