Wellness studio supervisor

We are looking for a wellness studio supervisor for a new wellness club in bali.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) in Tourism/Hospitality or Sports/Health, with at least 1 year of experience in Wellness, fitness, recreation, or hospitality activities (preferably in hotels/resorts/wellness); attractive, energetic, cheerful, and sociable appearance.
  • Good command of English (intermediate-advanced) for professional communication with guests, team members, and management; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Understand daily Wellness Activity schedules, knowledge of safety procedures, risk management, and basic first aid related to wellness and recreational activities.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, capable of handling guest complaints, operational challenges, and last-minute schedule changes professionally.
  • Flexible, responsible, and able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, with a strong commitment to service excellence and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Create a fun, engaging, and memorable guest experience by leading activities with energy and creativity, adapting programs to different ages, preferences, and guest needs while responding promptly to requests during activities.
  • Maintain full knowledge of activity schedules and hotel facilities, integrating product knowledge into activities to support effective upselling and cross-selling through guest interaction.
  • Prepare, manage, and maintain all activity equipment and areas, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and readiness in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Supervise and coordinate Wellness Studio staff by managing schedules, conducting briefings and training, evaluating performance, and ensuring programs comply with service standards and safety guidelines.
  • Monitor guest feedback, handle complaints and special requests professionally, coordinate cross-departmental activities and promotions, and prepare operational reports on activities, attendance, incidents, and guest satisfaction for management.

  • Handle client feedback, complaints, special requests, and treatment records professionally, coordinating with management to monitor progress, scheduling, and service enhancements.
  • Oversee spa operations including inventory control, cost management, promotional support, and preparation of operational reports related to service performance, staff attendance, and customer satisfaction.
