• Previous experience in a nightclub environment with strong sales skills and excellent customer service.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to maintain strong connections with VIP guests.

Job description

• Build and maintain networking & relationships with VIP guests while ensuring guest satisfaction & loyalty.
• Ensure smooth VIP section operations, including managing reservations, guest lists (GL), and accurate table allocations.
• Build and maintain external networks and public relations (PR) to expand the VIP guest database.
• Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally while maintaining accurate customer records and guest preferences.
