F&B sales manager

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in F&B sales, hospitality, or event sales.
  • Proven experience handling sales for independent restaurant / standalone F&B brands (non-chain).
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, customer behavior, and revenue drivers.
  • Strong network in Bali (corporate, communities, event organizers is a plus).
  • Well-connected within Bali’s F&B and lifestyle scene, including access to food bloggers, KOLs, and gastronomy socialites.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Target-driven and proactive mindset .

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Koro Bali.
  • Actively source and secure new business opportunities (events, group bookings, private functions, brand collaborations).
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, partners, and communities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, kitchen) to ensure smooth execution of events and bookings.
  • Handle inquiries, proposals, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to support campaigns, promotions, and activations.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders in the F&B industry, including food experts, bloggers, and gastronomy socialites, to enhance brand positioning and visibility.
