Opened in 2013, Barbacoa has become an institution in the Bali culinary scene. Our kitchen is fueled by fire, burning embers, charcoal and smoke. Rambutan and coffee wood are used for our open flame asado pit, parilla grill and wood fired oven. Our cuisine is Latin American from an Argentinian steak house to a Mexican taqueria.
