Key responsibilities

• Exhibit courteous and professional behavior at all times.
• Clean, inspect, and maintain property areas.

• Report damages, maintenance issues, and lost items promptly.
• Oversee inventory, laundry and linens.
• Restock supplies as needed.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries efficiently.
• Monitor feedback and implement improvements as needed.
