• Experience overseeing Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Security operations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to establish, implement, and monitor SOPs and service standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational management systems.
