Accounting administration (dw)

Qualifications

  • Minimum High School graduate.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or administration is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) based on approved Purchase Requests (PRs).
  • Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers as required.
  • Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and invoicing.
  • Monitor the status of outstanding orders and follow up on pending deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records, contracts, supplier databases, and filing systems.
  • Verify purchase documents and ensure completeness of supporting paperwork.
  • Track inventory levels and assist in replenishment planning when required.
  • Assist in supplier evaluations and maintain good supplier relationships.
  • Prepare purchasing reports and summaries for management review.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Accounting Officer.

Qualifications

  • Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Basic computer skills; experience with a hotel PMS is an advantage but not required.
  • Positive attitude, eager to learn, and able to work well in a team.
