Floor supervisor
Job description
- Responsible for daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Supervise floor staff and ensure service standards are consistently met
- Handle customer service, guest complaints, and special requests professionally
- Create and manage staff work schedules and attendance
- Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure food quality and service timing
- Monitor GoFood and GrabFood orders, including order accuracy and customer communication
- Prepare and serve basic coffee and beverages when needed (non-professional level)
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and restaurant SOPs are followed at all times
Qualifications
- Female, well-groomed, friendly, and professional attitude
- Fluent in English (spoken and basic written)
- Familiar with Western breakfast menus and concepts
- Able to prepare basic coffee and beverages (not required to be a professional barista)
- Experienced in handling GoFood and GrabFood orders
- Previous experience as a Floor Supervisor or similar role is preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and morning shifts
