• Attend the villa's technical maintenance, including fixing minor repairs if necessary.
• Communicate effectively with guests in both english and indonesian languages.
• Handle arising guest issues and requests with tolerance and professionalism.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure harmonious operations.
• Maintain clear communication with team member.
• Execute acts of the employer.
