Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an operational leadership role (hospitality/f&b preferred).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and motivate teams to achieve service excellence.
• Proficiency in english; additional languages are an advantage.
• Available to join immediately.

Qualifications

• Min. bachelor for any disciplines.
• Min. 1 year experience in the same position at 4-5 stars hotel.
• Fluent in english, both verbal and written (more preferable).
• Have good communication.
• Hard worker, energic, able to work in team and have good interpersonal skills.
