Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance is a plus.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality or resort industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or similar).
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee all financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports.
  • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and cost control.

Therapist supervisor

Job summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Therapist Supervisor to lead our therapy team and ensure exceptional service standards at our spa. You will play a key role in motivating the team, maintaining quality of treatments, and creating memorable wellness experiences for our guests.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a therapist with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Professional certification in massage therapy or related field.
  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of various massage techniques and spa treatments.
  • Guest-oriented, detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Willing to work in Ubud, Bali.
