Responsibilities
- Engineering handover from construction to operations
- Oversee all systems: AC, water, plumbing, electrical, pools
- Set up preventive maintenance systems
- Manage defect tracking and resolution
- Supervise engineering team
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years experience in similar role
- Experience in 5-star hotels or resorts is required
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems
- Experience with pools / water systems
- Ability to read technical drawings (MEP)
- Hands-on and problem-solving mindset
- Good English
