Engineering supervisor (night shift)

We are looking for an engineering supervisor to support our growth in bali.

Qualifications

  • Minimum D3/S1 in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields), with at least 1 year of experience as a Public Area Supervisor or in a similar role at a 5-star hotel, and presents a neat and professional appearance.
  • Able to speak at least one foreign language, with English as the minimum requirement, and capable of completing pre-interview questions.
  • Understands how to perform maintenance and repair of assets as well as MEP and operational equipment in public areas, and masters MEP maintenance techniques for Public Area equipment.
  • Mastery of Public Area cleaning techniques and sanitation methods that meet 5-star hotel standards, and skilled in operating housekeeping machines such as industrial vacuum cleaners, floor polishers, carpet extractors, and others.
  • Understands types of cleaning chemicals, their functions, and proper safe usage procedures, including chemical handling and safety data sheet compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Understands 5-star hotel cleanliness and aesthetic standards for Public Areas and has strong technical skills related to Public Area MEP and pool operations.
  • Skilled in managing team tasks and Public Area work plans, including time management and budgeting based on operational needs.
  • Able to supervise by assessing team members' knowledge, technical skills, work quality, and behavior.
  • Able to provide coaching, including taking disciplinary action for repeated mistakes, delivering continuous training, and reviewing team performance and productivity.
  • Able to coordinate effectively across departments and is observant of potential hazards such as slippery floors and facility damage.

Guest relation office supervisor

We are looking for a Guest relation office supervisor to support our growth in bali.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields, with at least 1 year of experience as a Senior Front Office staff or Front Office Supervisor in a 5-star hotel; well-groomed, professional appearance; and fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills, accustomed to working with guest satisfaction targets such as OTA scores, online reviews, and loyalty programs.
  • Proficient in hotel systems (VHP) for guest data management, VIP tracking, special requests, billing processes, and reporting.
  • Knowledgeable in full Front Office operations including check-in/check-out procedures, room blocking, up-selling, and handling VIP guests according to 5-star service standards for VIP, VVIP, and repeat guests.
  • Capable of analyzing and resolving guest complaints professionally following complaint-handling standards, and able to coordinate effectively with related departments (HK, GLO, GSO, Security) to ensure smooth guest service.

  • Able to supervise Work Partners (Mitra Kerja), including monitoring their knowledge, technical skills, work quality and professional behavior.
  • Capable of providing guidance through coaching, training, and motivation to improve team performance and service quality, including taking disciplinary action for repeated errors and conducting continuous training sessions.
  • Able to empower Work Partners by reviewing and evaluating their performance and productivity.
  • Communicative and diplomatic, able to maintain strong guest relations, handle complaints with empathy and professionalism, and proactively coordinate with cross-department teams (GSO, GOO, GLO) to fulfill guest needs.
  • Ensures a maximum 5-minute check-in/check-out process and demonstrates strong upselling and cross-selling skills at the Front Office (room upgrades, late check-out, F&B packages, spa, and activities).

We are looking for a chef de partie to support our growth in bali.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Hospitality/ Culinary Arts / Food Production, with at least 2 years of experience as Demi Chef or 1 year as Chef de Partie in a 5-star hotel.
  • Mastery of cooking techniques for relevant sections (hot kitchen, cold kitchen, pastry, grill, etc.), including recipe standards, portioning, plating, and taste consistency.
  • Knowledge of HACCP, hygiene, sanitation, food storage, and ability to maintain strict cleanliness standards.
  • Strong administrative skills, including stock reports, sales reports, and roster preparation, with basic English proficiency for menu & kitchen communication.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with discipline, neat appearance, long-shift readiness, and strong cross-department coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide Commis/Cook to follow recipes, SOPs, hygiene standards, and maintain food quality, including giving corrective actions and continuous training.
  • Ensure consistent quality, presentation, taste, and portion control for all dishes produced by the assigned section.
  • Manage ingredient usage, minimize waste, maintain food cost efficiency, and ensure proper storage and sanitation of kitchen equipment.
