Senior e-commerce manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, E-Commerce, or related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in e- commerce, digital marketing, or revenue management within the hospitality industry.
- Proven experience managing hotel online distribution channels, including OTAs, brand websites, and direct booking platforms.
- Strong understanding of hotel booking engines, channel managers, CRS, and PMS systems.
- Experience with digital marketing strategies such as SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize online sales performance.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law, HR policies, and hospitality operational standards.
- Proven ability to manage HR operations for multiple departments in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English Able to join immediately
