Qualifications

• Male, aged 35 years or below.
• Proven experience in front desk and housekeeping roles (minimum 2 years).
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and luxury service standards.
• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and english.
• Professional appearance, high attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized guest services, ensuring an exceptional and memorable stay.
• Assist guests with check-in/check-out processes and manage room arrangements.
• Coordinate housekeeping services to maintain impeccable room standards.
• Handle guest requests efficiently, from laundry to dining arrangements.
• Maintain clear communication between front desk, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Preferred

• Prior experience as a Butler in a luxury setting.
• Certification in Hospitality or related field.
