- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle diverse guest requests.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Key responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist with seating.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide detailed information about amavi's offerings.
- Proactively engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Manage reservations and maintain a positive guest flow
- Assist in creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.
