Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience as a chef or sous chef.
- Strong knowledge of western/mediterranean and asian cuisine.
- Creative plating & menu development skills.
- Good communication and teamwork spirit.
- Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
