Qualifications

Have experience in pastry or bakery production within a high-volume restaurant, hotel, or bakery setting.
Maintain a clean and safe working area following food safety and hygiene standards.
Capable of assisting pastry chefs and bakers with preparation, ingredient handling, and basic baking tasks.
Effective team player with a cooperative attitude to support the kitchen staff.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
