Data Deletion Instructions

To request deletion of personal data associated with your HHRMA Bali account or Facebook Login, email [email protected] with the subject “HHRMA Bali Data Deletion Request”.

Please send your request from the email address associated with your account and include your name and HHRMA Bali profile URL, if available. Do not include your password, Facebook access token, or identity documents in your initial request.

We may ask for additional information to verify ownership before processing your request. Please specify whether you want to delete the Facebook Login connection, data received through Facebook Login, or your entire HHRMA Bali account.

Removing HHRMA Bali from Facebook’s Apps and Websites settings stops the connection, but does not by itself delete data already held by HHRMA Bali. Please contact us using the email above to request deletion of that data.

We will confirm the outcome after reviewing and processing your request, and explain any data that must be retained under applicable requirements.
