We are looking for an experienced and passionate Assistant Villa Manager to join our team and help deliver exceptional guest experiences in our unique cliffside bamboo villas.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in Hospitality Management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent command of English (other languages are a plus).
- Well-organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Villa Manager in daily operations and team leadership.
- Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction.
- Oversee villa operations, maintenance, and housekeeping standards.
- Manage staff performance and training.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth operations.
