Qualifications

• Overseeing food production in accordance with quality and presentation standards.
• Possessing experience in menu creation/planning.
• Managing inventory and preparing kitchen work schedules.
• Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices.
• Experience in a similar role or as Lead Kitchen within 2-3 years.
• Team leading and management experience.
• Good understanding of MS Office and restaurant software programs.
• Teamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work varying shifts including weekends, nights and public holiday
• Preparing operational reports and coordinating with the team.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
