Qualifications
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication skills and good phone etiquette.
- Strong work ethic and team player.
- Manage incoming enquiries for Villa booking by email or phone call.
- Assist the client throughout the booking process and until guest check in to Villa Familiar with OTAS.
- Passion for sales and customer service.
- Well organized, attention to detail.
- Computer Literate.
- Flexible, able to work on shift, including weekends.
- Have relevant background on Villa reservation at least 2 years.
- Able to perform well and reliable without supervision.
