Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as HR Supervisor/HR Coordinator in the F&B industry, or 5 years as HR Generalist.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, disciplinary procedures, and familiarity with HRIS systems.
- Experience with Talenta HRIS is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, & conflict-resolution skills.
- Able to join immediately.
Key responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for all levels.
- Manage Compensation & Benefits administration (Payroll).
- Oversee the Performance Appraisal process and ensure timely evaluations.
- Monitor and manage attendance and employee database.
- Administer BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
- Manage contract staff and handle KITAS documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Support and implement HR operational improvements to enhance efficiency.
