Qualifications
- Good personality, positive attitude, and able to work in teams or individual.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of local market trends, competitor analysis, and customer behavior in the F&B industry.
- Knowledge of Indonesian Labor Laws and handling licensing.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to food quality and presentation.
- Experience in a similar position, in hospitality industry preferred.
