- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1+ years in purchasing or procurement, preferably in hospitality or villa management.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Understanding of procurement processes and supplier or vendor management.
- Familiarity with procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working under pressure.
