Qualification:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and online booking systems.
- Have an experience in e-commerce, reservations, or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling reservations and guest information.
