- Must be comfortable with and willing to commute or travel to Pererenan
- area
- Baking experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques
- Detail-oriented and able to follow recipes
- Physically able to stand for long periods and lift ingredients
- Good team player and strong communicator
- Passionate about baking and trying new recipes
Responsibilities
- Bake cinnamon rolls from scratch, ensuring great taste and texture
- Create new flavors and styles, including seasonal options
- Keep the baking area clean and organized
- Monitor ingredient stock and freshness
- Decorate and frost cinnamon rolls with care
- Follow food safety guidelines
- Work with the team to manage production and orders
- Provide great customer service and offer recommendations
