Banquet supervisor jobs 2026

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in banquet, event, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality operations.
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of banquet and event operations, including setup, service, breakdown, and guest management.
• Able to coordinate and supervise banquet staff effectively.
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experienced in handling corporate events, private functions, weddings, and other large-scale events is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Professional appearance and strong guest-service orientation.
• Must possess a valid SIM A driving license.
• Must be able to drive a car confidently and safely.
• Willing to travel between outlets/event locations when required.
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Preferably already residing in Bali.
• Available immediately.
