Catering & events chef jobs 2026

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in catering, banquet, event, hotel, or high-volume kitchen operations.
• Strong experience handling large-scale events, weddings, corporate functions, private events, and catering operations.
• Able to plan food production according to guest numbers and event requirements.
• Strong understanding of food preparation, portioning, timing, and presentation.
• Able to coordinate with Event/Banquet Managers and service teams.
• Experienced in menu planning and production scheduling.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation.
• Able to work efficiently under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and event schedules.
• Good English communication is an advantage.
• Preferably already residing in Bali.
• Available immediately.
