Responsibilities:
- Engineering handover from construction to operations,
- Oversee all systems: AC, water, plumbing, electrical, pools,
- Set up preventive maintenance system,
- Manage defect tracking and resolution,
- Supervise engineering team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years experience in similar role,
- Experience in 5-star hotels or resort is required,
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems,
- Experience with pools/water systems,
- Ability to read technical drawings [DED MEP],
- Hand-on and problem-solving mindset,
- Good English.
