Qualifications
- 5+ years of engineering experience, with at least 2 yo in a leadership role in hospitality or villas.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
- Experience in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team.
- Good budget and cost control management.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Proficient in maintenance software and property management systems (PMS).
- Proficient in english, both written and spoken.
